PowerWright has declared November 2019 as its official “Month of Thanks and Giving”. Fun activities were planned throughout the month including:
a Photo Wall in the lobby expressing employee appreciation;
a “Thankful” Wall for employees to post what they are thankful for as well as offer “thanks” to fellow employees for a kind deed;
a lunch-time pumpkin decorating activity;
and an Office Olympics, with a twist.
In order to incorporate “giving”, the Office Olympics games offered a special “pay to play” feature where employees paid an entry fee per game. Funds collected will be matched by PowerWright, and in keeping with its mission to give back to the community, will be donated to a local elementary school for supplies.
